TP was a member of the Swedish Government’s delegation to UNGASS in New York in 1998 and a trainer in the “Drug Trafficking Module” for the EU applicant countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Advocates of legalization of marijuana do whatever they can to fool the public, including claims that legalization and regulation of marijuana will mean that youth will use less.However, Rosalie Pacula, co-director of the RAND Drug Policy Research Center says that "The claim that legalization and tight regulation will mean that youth will use less is bogus, because we don't have the experiment."
