Over recent months, many people have been engaging in an increasingly public conversation about the environmental impacts of marijuana cultivation, particularly those on our watersheds. Environmental groups, folks from every ridge and valley, and even elected officials are striving to address the sometimes alarming consequences--especially for fish--of the regional boom in pot growing since the passage of Prop 215.
