Health minister wants tobacco banned in Delhi

Doctors for You files PIL (Public Interest Litigation) due to a spurt of oral and lung cancer cases in Delhi.Eight states have banned tobacco - Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Haryana, Bihar, Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Goa.
