To Member organisations of the World Federation Against Drugs.
In connection with the 3rd World Forum Against Drugs in May, in Stockholm, there will be a General Assembly (GA). A lot of interesting topics will be discussed, and new Board Members for the next two years will be elected.
The Election committee has started its work to prepare a proposal to the GA. We invite all member organisations to nominate candidates to the Board.
To give the board a practical possibility to work we suggest that the nominees are English speaking, since there are no financial resources for interpretation. We also ask you to look at the Constitution (http://wfad.se/wfad-declaration)
We would like to have your answer sent to the Chair before March 15, 2012.
If you have any questions, please contact any member of the Committee.
Best regards and looking forward to seeing you in Stockholm.
Kjell-Ove Oscarsson
Chair
