Ummah support Initiative (USI) is a faith-based organization established since July 2006, with Nigerian Government through the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). USI work in marginalized communities of Northern Nigeria, empowering vulnerable populations on the importance of their health, education and general wellbeing.
USI collaborates with community leaders, donor and government agencies to implement lifesaving projects in areas, such as HIV/AIDS, COVID-19. Malaria, Water Sanitation, and currently working to create awareness on substance abuse in communities through the technical assistance of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
USI is also working to halt Human Trafficking in Northern Nigeria in Partnership with Media Campaign against Human Trafficking (MECAHT).We partner with relevant international organizations to advocate for transparent and accountable governance in Nigeria.
